After The Storm
Southlake Roof is your turnkey storm restoration specialist. With over 20 years experience in commercial and residential large loss claims, our team has the process, tradesmen, and grit to take the burden of re-building off your shoulders. Our goal is always to turn a current negative into a positive outcome.
The Process of Restoration
Damage Assessment
Inspectors with construction knowledge assess the scope of damage, and develop a comprehensive scope, which will inform the restoration estimate. It is preferred that we meet the adjuster on site.
Estimating + Approval
We provide a detailed construction estimate using Xactimate or similar software. Upon approval, we procure all trades, labor, and materials for the project, schedule, and host a pre-con meeting.
Construction + QC
Our QA/QC and Safety processes maintain site safety, cleanliness, quality of work, and peace of mind to minimize operational impact to your organization and deliver an on time project.
Inspection + Warranty
In addition to Owner approval of work, we coordinate all manufacturer and 3rd party inspections to insure successful delivery of your warranties and provide peace of mind of a job done right.
We Go Beyond Roofing.
WITH SPECIALIZED TRADESMEN IN EVERY DIVISION WE TRULY ARE A TURNKEY SOLUTION

Know How to Take Action
In an emergency always call 911 first. In the event of storm, fire, or flood impacting your facility or dwelling take these first steps as soon as possible.
We are preferred by a number of insurance companies because of our integrity and excellence. We view the relationship between you, your carrier, and SLK as a team committed to your best interests.
01.
Call Your Agent
After a storm, insurance companies get high volumes of claims, which can cause delay. Acting quickly places priority on your claim, and helps your General Contractor gain swift approvals.
02.
Select Your Contractor
It is more valuable to select a reputable General Contractor that you trust than it is to get bids on a scope of work that isn't even defined yet. Also, inform your agent or adjuster who you've selected.
03.
Temporary Repairs
It's important to have temporary repairs done as early as possible to reduce the risk of further damage. In most cases it's best to have your General Contractor perform these repairs.
Here’s What Our Client Say About Us
“...Not only did they do excellent work in delivering our 20yr firestone warranty, but they did everything they said they would do. That's hard to find these day.”
